From initiating the employment relationship with a protective offer letter to implementing written performance reviews, detailed documentation regarding the employee’s history is important to insulate the business from unnecessary risk.

The firm drafts and revises employee handbooks, drafts offer letters and employment contracts, creates policies and procedures, and generally advises employers regarding all aspects of the employment relationship.
